This image is of a local musician/luminary, and also a good friend of mine.I must admit I've wrestled with this picture for about a year, for various reasons. I really wanted to capture the strumming motion.
I think the original photo (taken by Eleanor) that I worked from was taken in a large tent, or a marquee at a local music festival. So there was very little in the way of a background to work with.
(I played around with scale too, I wanted the guitar to appear much larger.)
