Thanks sumerkhan. Actually, I was really impressed with the way they portrayed him in the movies. One of the few times Hollywood did justice to a comic book character.

i did like him in the movies, too
actually, the movies is the first i've ever heard of hellboy. waiting to get my hands on some comic books as soon as I get a little extra cash.
I did enjoy the scene where abe and hellboy got drunk ^^

Yeah, that scene was gold.

As good as the movies are, the books are even better. Mike Mignola is just brilliant, and when he draws his own stories and has Dave Stewart colour them you've got an unbeatable product.
