In the anime his eyes are a bright blue, but fans like to make his eyes green anyway.

If I remember correctly, they're green according to the manga and blue in the anime... Or vice versa. Similar to how Canada's are violet in the manga, but were changed to blue in the Anime to make him look more like America. Not sure of the reasoning for Lithuania's change, though.
