Have you tried getting it from a different angle? Or maybe positioning the ice elsewhere? Maybe have the ice wrap around her.

I had tried to make "swirling" ice around her, but it have very high IOR (and if i decrease then it doesn't looks like ice though)
and it's a most good camera angle (cause in other angles you can see a lot of mistakes and troubles in model and ice XD)

Make a picture and posework, spend forever trying to get a good angle, eventually say "fuck it" and just do a render.

Ah! I have blender too, but i didn't seem to get how to position the camera well and all that.
I did read some tutorials but it didn't help me much.
I use keyshot
