James, and Peggy - short for Peshang, which nobody calls him. (Means 'vanguard' in persian.)
Peggy is a remarkable fellow. He speaks primarily in only proverbs and poems, 99% of which tend to be either irrelevent to the conversation, nonsensical, or both.
He calls himself James's best friend, and prides himself on being wise beyond his years, but is definitely never there when anyone needs him and can't solve problems. He is a nice person and a big liar, and he always wears snowboarding goggles. He doesn't know how to snowboard.
Btw, this picture depicts an instance of the 1% of times his proverbs actually apply. James is mad that his sister lent HIS money to her stupid jackass boyfriend (Arcan) and Peggy tells him Hey, no worries!
(Yes, indeed, he is wearing a Charlie Brown pattern.

Mmm, it's currently just a concept that's been hanging around in my head for about a year. And developing very slowly. XD It may end up being a comic or story, or maybe something less demanding of commitment (like one-page comic stories or strip comics.) I'm not sure, but you'll probably see more of them in some medium at any rate.

wow, nice characters. I really like the idea of Peggy talking only in irrelevent poetry, it would be confusing but so amusing to be around someone like that

LOL i've never heard of it, either. I just got the idea from my grandpa. Whenever he wants to say something important, he says it with a poem (in farsi)... but HE always makes it applicable. He's really an awesome guy.

... That's amazing. XD I'm working on some character concepts myself... It's fun looking at people you know. XD Except the people I know don't really have any outstanding mannerisms like that. XD He sounds like fun.
