Description
This was a huge challenge, since I usually try to get away with quite light shading. To achieve a wider range of tone, I had to use charcoal for the first time ever in a drawing. It was a very satisfyting experience, and I will surely use coal a lot in the future for realistic portraits.

Tools: pencil (2B and 7B), charcoal, fingers for smudging.
