1- Member orders rebase
2- Member receives rebase from GA
3- Member posts to the ETOI to use the items for the changes on the rebase and links the rebase in the item usage form(s)
4- Member notes the Masterlist when they want the new art on the Masterlist. Item usage should already be recorded on the Masterlist entry by the ETOI mod.
