I'd like to think that when Mabel gets up set that she throws on her not sew happy sweater and cries. Dipp being her big brother knows the signs of a sad Mabel day and he's there to help her out and make her feel better. (Even if he may or may not be harboring a hidden secret devotion for his super dorky sister ahhahah)
Imagine Dipper walking into their room in the Mystery Shack. Theres a box lying on the ground absolutely ripped to shreds (from the last time that awful sweater reared it's ugly head ) , a pile of crumpled papers around their desk, and it looks like a glitter bomb had just gone off not but hours ago as the glitter flitters in the light and everything has settled.
"Love Letters..." Dip's voice barely manages to make out before he takes off into the woods. It's getting late and the forest in Gravity Falls are not your typical forest. Deeper into to the woods he goes each step making a slightly lower pitch. His feet were slowing. Hiccups and wails could be heard echoing off the dark trees.
"Mable," He calls out breaking out into a run.
Once he finds her I'm sure he runs up to her and throws his arms around her as she cries about her latest rejection. And Dipper is just there waiting for her to notice him.
