i swear I meant to do a legitimate background with the Ducklett raft and Magikarp/Tododile hybrids and everything but then it wasn't working out /stares into the distance
It was fun drawing the electricity though, and added a bit of red for some extra color~
any who guess which dumb pupper learned Wild Charge ;3c
it was triggered when magikarp attacked his squadron i cant believe
