Hey!!!! Back from WonderCon and exhausted as hell! But I had an AMAZING time~!
Anyways, I debuted my RE 3 Jill at this con!!!! It took a lot of altering and yes I did make it. Painted the shoes and added the straps on them but you;ll see them in other photos I upload.
To be honest, I felt VERY nervous wearing this outfit since its a bit more revealing than what I would normally wear and I made sure to wear shorts beneath the skirt. FYI it was FREEZING!!!!!!TT3TT;;
But for the sake of Operation Raccoon City being released 3 days later [at the time] I did it!>:3

Nylon straps! like the type on military belts. Check out surplus shops for fitted combat pants. Uuuh....go to halloween shops during halloween and buy those toy guns for con acceptance.
