just a quick thing i didjust so's a little example of how i create characters
one on the far left first, then far right then middle.
um about mid 20s
zanpaku-to is called raikiri (lightning blade)
one on right is zanpaku mode.
wicked haven't thought of a bankai as of yet.

Nice. Just a few things, though:
1. Regardless of anything to the contrary in Naruto, as poorly translated as it is, Raikiri does not mean 'Lightning Blade'; at best, for your purposes, it translates to 'Lightning Drill', maybe even 'Thunder Mist', but not blade. You'd have to use 'ken', or 'yaiba'.
2. Be careful which squad he leads; as of episode 168, Squad 3's Captain is Amagai Shuusuke. That only leaves Squads 7 and 10, unless you go into parallel universes, which doesn't make for a particularly convincing OC.
3. You need to show the Zanpakutou in more detail; there are too few custom Zanpakutou on dA ^ω^.
