Description
A commission I did for an ex-colleague, which I finished last week after many, many hours of hard work (those curls... my goodness
). It was worth the blood, sweat, and tears, though, because not only did I have a lot of fun working on it, I also made one grandfather a very happy man.

Materials: HB, B, and 2B mechanical pencils; HB-5B Faber-Castell pencils; white gel pen; kneadable eraser; tissues; cotton buds; blending stumps
Paper: A4 Canson paper, 180 g, light grain

I love the shadings, very soft and light, quite fitting to the subject, nevertheless there are enough contrasts, so it looks still realistic. Also love the hair, it looks so detailed
