I chose this colour because each sin has its own colour, and violet's the colour of pride.

This is so beautiful. You really are talented. I personally do not think you require a frame, because the picture itself is enough to catch someones eye. Great job!

I added the frame because I wanted to do something with the fact that each sin has its own colour (I'm really into symbolism), and because I love the Latin names. But I'm not too happy with the frame either. Maybe I'll make it smaller, or leave it out all together.

I love symbolism too. It's fun when people catch on to what you are trying to portray. Whatever you choose to do, I'm sure it will be beautiful.

What a wonderful start to your series!

I love the eyes, you did an excellent job with them. All the tiny sparkles are simply perfect! The skin shading is great and oh those lips!

I think the frame is a bit distracting, though. But perhaps it's just me.

I'm not 100% happy with the frame, either. I was planning on drawing it, but I messed up and decided to add it digitally - which I'm not very good at, as you can see. Oh well. I get six other tries.
