Honestly, Karamea is okay with physical contact as long as it's a) predictable, b) not long in duration, and c) from someone she feels wholly comfortable with - Toshinori definitely fits into the third group, a quick lift for fun fits into the second, and she'd probably forgive the first, coming from Toshi XD It's super cute, anyway XDD

Glad to hear you had a good day!  Yeah, it can sometimes be pretty hit or miss when talking with other ocxcanon shippers.  But it's always good when you can just have a wholesome good time and the other person is easy to talk to ^_^
