Description
The final one of the sonic runs for now i'm afraid. Until I get round to doing more this in actual fact is the last of my sonic work in fact as I wasn't attatched to the Boom series in any way shape or form. Again this design was...ordinary...there are very very little changes to her outfit as I like Blazes outfit anyway, maybe when I have some time I'll go back and give this a better go but for now. This is amazing! You are a big inspiration to me (mostly your Sonic art) and I just really admire how much detail and everything you put into the drawings. I know this is a bit old, but I hope you don't mind answering a few questions I have, like how do you think of all those tiny little details that hardly anyone would even notice? And what do you color/draw/outline with? If you do it traditionally I mean. I'm not trying to copy you or anything, i'm just trying to get tips from you and a few other artists for a fan comic I am working on. I want the comic to have a bit more serious and detailed tone, so yea. I hope I didn't bother you or anything

Hey! I don't mind at all =3 I'm glad my work leaves an impact. If I achieve that in the sum of my life then I have succeeded. The detailing is from seeing work like Jay Axer whose artwork still to this day blows me away. I want to emulate the character as much as possible without detracting from their core. To do this you have to look at what's not there that might be there so zips seams toggles belts pipes screws edging etc. The key is knowing that point between too much and too little. I use 2h mechanical pencil lead to sketch smash 0.5 pentel mechanical pencil barrel unifine finalises all sizes to outline and letraset promarkers to colour with 0.5 ball point white ink pen to finish off =3. A lot of work goes into each one at the time but the time spent itself goes by so quickly and you're not bothering me I'm just not around that much is all. Purely because I don't have much to show at the moment and I'm asking a lot of questions of myself and my life and where I want to go next but...that's for another time. Feel free to ask away!

you'll notice it as you progress and you become stronger and more...flexible as an artist that time becomes a vacuum that you have no problem with filling with the process and with the finish to your work =3. No time you put in to your work is wasted no matter what people tell you. You work at it because you want to. You do it because you love it. Make it part of your soul as your hand is part of your arm. It's like a relationship, this is how my friend Ade, a comic artist from the uk explained it to me, he said that it's like a relationship with your girlfriend. She needs nurturing, she needs attention, and devotion, you put all those into it and you will be rewarded profoundly, and he's right =3 But if you need anything else drop me a line ok? =3 sorry to ramble x3

thanks bro ^^ again like the other sonic designs it was to give her a little more of...individuality with the whole take i'm going with, with the sonic universe and the designs. Blaze I think is a little too ordinary.
