Your lineart looks very clean, you have improved your linearting since we met.
I'd like to see you be a little cleaner when you blend your colors, sometimes you hit the white and it eeps into your other colors. Try using the select tool to "close off" from over blending.
Copying art can be a way to learn and many professional artists do recommend it... but it is never recommended to copy and claim.
I cannot award you points for art that is not yours... this is what I would call manipulation, not original- even if you did do it from scratch over the original picture.
Please credit or at least mention the original piece.
