I have never worked on a photomanipulation for that long.It took me at least 50h and I'm very glad I finished.

This is very wonderfully thought out. The main thing I see that bothers my eyes would be the composition of the water into the shell. When you look farther inside of the shell, the top spiral of it angles down. You then look back to the water/beach and see that it is angled more upwards. I think if it was tilted a little more that it would look much better. ^.^

This is absolutely gorgeous. I love the transition between the different landscapes and the way it's done, and how is quite beautiful. A lot can be said with this piece, and it seems to me you are probably one of those that sees the things that most people miss.

Maybe you could try some brushes - search for moss brush in the deviantart resources.
