I like it. Not sure what reference in Psychonauts is base on. What I like the most about the keyblade is that it looks more like a sword than pole with a axe head. A better choice for a weapon on the battle field compare to Sora's blunt Keys.

The keyblade is awesome, but I can't imagine the Psychonauts LEVEL.

The heartless in that level would be crazy.
And the Den Mother fight would be similar to the Barbarossa one in KH2.
And this is the world where you FINALLY learn to hold Keyblades with your mind without driving! But that would cost like, 7 AP. >.>
Raz would be the most awesome ally of all.

But the super brain power from the end of the game would be so much more hilarious.
The Mental Overload thing would be good though.
Two limits, maybe? Start with Overload, then gain Juggernaut at the end of the first visit. Kind of like the Ling->Mulan in Land of Dragons.
