Ceilia in a dress, in water. Her hair has changed a bit, its now shorter and kinda puffy. Anyway, the art block is starting to lift so hopefully Ill be able to get some stuff done.

You may color this if you'd like, just like back with credit and show me. I'd love to see them Btw, if your wondering why you can see her arms inside her sleeves and the bottom of her legs, its because those parts are meant to be see-through.

I'll scrap this later if I wind up adding my own colors.
