History:
Hisoka Yasu grew up in a strict family that centered their teachings around the arts of hand to hand combat. At a young age he was taught how to fight in many forms of martial arts and how to use many different weapons. At the age of seventeen, the young primeape soon found himself taking over the position as head of the Hisoka family. Yasu allied with many other clans and was a loyal friend to his fellow ninjas. Under his iron fist each member of his large family was raised to be just as skilled as he was and to be the best warriors they could be.
Around his late twenties the still single leader, along with a select group of his students, went to the aid of the Haruto clan when some of the young brides to be had been kidnapped by a rival family. The mission was an easy one considering the enemy was nothing more than ill trained and unprepared kids compared to Yasu and his men. Within a nights work he managed to rescue each young bride including a feisty little raichu that was determined to save herself.
Her name was Mizuki and at the age of sixteen she was the youngest daughter of the Haruto clans leader. She put up a struggle that ended with the amused Yasu throwing the bickering girl over his shoulder and carrying her back to her village as she argued and beat on whatever part of the young man she could reach. All the while Yasu deciding this was a good time to flirt just to see the girl get all frazzled and spew more curses at him.
Back in the village Yasu received his prize for all his hard work and every bride was reunited with their future husbands. Except one. Mizuki, the feisty raichu from before turned out to not have a suitor as she had chased everyone her father had picked out away. She was independent and had a wild spark about her that Yasu couldn’t help but find entertaining. Talking with her father and returning his prize money, it was soon arranged for the Haruto woman to be married to the Hisoka man. Of course she voiced her opinion about the arranged marriage and made it very clear at first she didn’t want anything to do with her savior as a mate but over time learned to tolerate him.
The pair married in the spring of the following year settling down near the outer edge of Fire Field. With in the next couple of years the couple became used to one another and Yasu nearing his mid-life decided he wanted to focus more time on his growing family and wife. He gave his position as head of the family over to his younger cousin and moved with his pregnant wife to a village just outside of the dark forest. A few months later his first child and eldest daughter, Haru, was born.

Haru was a feisty child like her mother and daddy's little girl. She loved training with her father and helping her mother around the house. The young raichu seemed to hold a lot of potential to follow in her father’s footsteps but a condition she started to develop at the age of three kept her from performing at her best. Like some raichus, Haru tended to absorb a bit to much electrical energy but unlike other raichus it seemed she couldn’t get rid of the extra charge. Even after her mother had taught her how to use her tail as a ground to expel the excess charge it only provided moments of relief from the discomfort. No matter what the young girl was cursed with an over active spark that she couldn’t quite control.
The built up electricity caused Haru to be grumpy and irritable with a short fuse that was set off constantly when she became annoyed with her issue. The disorder made it hard for her to focus the electrical charge into even the simplest usable moves. When she tried to learn how to use moves like her mother the electricity wouldn’t focus where she needed it and it just ended up engulfing her and shocking her instead. Haru’s static ability became enhanced by the overwhelming charge making it impossible for her to touch anyone without shocking them even if it was just the tiniest zap.
When her baby sister Yori was born Haru refused to hold the baby in fear she might accidentally hurt her sister. After shocking her parents by accident a couple times she avoided getting close to them as well not wanting to hurt them any more. The little girl became a depressed teenager who tried her best to train every day but knew her issue would make it near impossible for her to become a skilled ninja.
Yasu noticed his daughters new behavior and he felt like a horrible father being unable to help his child feel better. He thought maybe a change of scenery and a new enviorment may help.Soon he moved his family to Noir Vale in hopes his daughters could have a better chance at meeting new people and staying in good health.

Until the day she does wed, she works in her mothers small tea shop on the edge of Noir vale and trains to someday be a great ninja like her father was. She hopes to find a way to control her electrical energy and be able to hug her family again with out zapping them.

She fell into the state of mind where she now accepted that she would probably never find love even if it was arranged and with this became very quite and reverted back to her anti-social ways.

When her sisters young groom had decided to join them for dinner one evening Haru attempted sit there and take her parents pestering. How can your sister seem to find a husband but not you? You need to be more social. Go out and talk to boys grab them by the front of their pants if you need to! Are you even listening to us Haru? Haru? But finally it got to her and she snapped back at her parents. Her verbal lashing surprised everyone at the table and an awkward silence filled the room before excused herself.

The next morning Haru packed up her things and announced that she was leaving. When her family protested she simply asked "but isn't this what you wanted? For me to get out more and quit being so anti-social?" with that her parents were silenced and she left stopping to say good bye to her young sister and congragulate her on her engagement. With a smile she head out in search of a new home and a new life.

Eventually she made her way to Galesprings and fell in love with the area. She would chit chat with fisherman, but keep her distance not wanting to shock anyone. With her inability to endulge in the sensation of physical contact with another person and the acceptance of her self image she believed that this was a sign of where her life should go. Her life would be devoted to something greater than searching for a husband or being able to share a hug with a close friend. Haru decided to become a priestest, with the next two years spent in training. As a priestest she spends her days mainly in the temple or out roaming the lake side admiring the gifts Arceus had blessed her world with.

She managed to make a friend with a young noibat who she found alone one day out by the lake. The girl was having some personal troubles and Haru gave her time to listen and offer her advice. Since then the two meet up occasionally and chit chat about how one anothers lives are going.

People could say her time in Galesprings was uneventful but then they would be wrong. In the time she had become a citizen of GS, Haru took naturally to the roll of a priestess at the local temples quickly earning the title. She has become an even more devoted follower of Arceus and through this revelation a very gentle soul, for the most part. Life was good for the most part honestly and she couldn't have found a thing to complain about as she began to truly enjoy her new life.

News soon came about the passing of her dear younger sister and the once happy mouse soon fell into a deep depression that seemed to last for almost a year as she mourned over the loss of the young mankey girl. Her sisters death loomed over her head and Haru began to blame herself as the cause of her younger siblings passing. With her out of the house the responsibility of carrying on the family name fell on to her younger sister, the stress of these duties Haru came to believe was what caused her sister to fall ill. It seemed all was lost and the ever more quiet priestess may have left the thought of happiness behind . . . until a chill small hand touched her shoulder.

It was discovered that her sister had not completely passed on to the other side and had been given a second chance as a new ghost type known as Phantump. Seeing Mori was back with her family and had full recollection of her memories prior to her death all seemed to become well. Again Haru was happy now that her family was whole once more. She was even delighted to find out a suitor had been arranged for her younger sister after all. Seeing the young couple made her smile and put a flutter of warmth in her heart . . . but at the same time a needle of pain.

Seeing her sisters romance blossom, Haru began to realize she was getting older and still hadn't managed to find a husband of her own. No husband meant no children. Lately Haru found herself longing for a child of her own, her maternal instincts growing stronger as the days passed by. But how would an old bride of a priestess as herself ever have a child to call her own. Even the Tanabata's events seemed to blissfully torture her with dreams of her own family. She soon found out she wasn't the only one given such wonderfully melancholy dreams during that night.

Through many things Haru managed to meet the young priestess in training, Song, and began to develop a special soft spot for the smart girl. She proved to be such a delightful child and when Haru became aware that such a wonderful child as this girl was in fact an orphan it took no time at all to make her next decision. The mouse took on the role as Song's mother and soon she found the girl to accept her as this figure. Again she was happy. Her sister was safe once again and now she had wanted she had always wanted, a child and the beginnings of a family all her own.
