Well there is a good but complicated out there..uhm do you know Ghibbly Studios? My neighbour Totoro or Spirited Away?~
OpenToonz is a free aniamtion software that was used by them!~
Though it's pretty complicated..
uhm so there's Adobe Flash Professional CS6 or Adobe Animate(these are the same I think), but they are not free~
and there is a good one named Pencil for 2D animations and it's free too~
It's good to get into the animations business~ Ā°vĀ°
Also if you like 3D animations I would suggest Blender, though you must know how to create 3D models to actually animate,but it's a bit complicated~
