ohh, the lateness of my reply! im very sorry.
Its a great start. Some basic tips. Check your lighting, right now its not really clear where its coming from. Seems to be from the right judging by your high lights, but there no shadows on her left to indicate that.
second, clean up your strokes. It is very messy around her pants for example. I think you are trying to have that loose/sketchy feel, which is great, but dont force it. It will come naturally as you pick up experience.
Third, grab an anatomy book and work on that. Its nice to be painting, but always work on the basics.

no problem, it just takes me a really long time, im barely at home nowadays. But yea, learn about basics of weight and it should make your chars more dynamic. good luck
