Alright, this is my picture of Haze all fixed up and spiffified! I took out that lame photo manip background and did a real one! How do you like this one compared to the old one? Oh and I fixed her so she's not so skinny... and some stuff.Do you think it'd be nice to have a pretty white water lily up in the foreground with the grass?
Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0, the background alone took about 8 hours.

Ok... I had to search & comment this deviant because I met u today at the Anime Expo & bought this 1 from u! It was gorgeous! I was mesmorized & couldn't leave it... haha well it's a beautiful piece of work & I greatly admire it! {^_^}

I like the details of the grass and stones. The mane is really impressive too. The head is set a bit far forward and is rather small. All beauty, no brains

Wow.. Amazing!! I don't think I could even do a bgr like that. xD Well, first off, the trees, keep 'em. I can't draw trees for poo, but those trees in the bgr are amazing. .o. I would suggest lowering the grass in front a bit, just because the blurryness is over welming. And we want our focus on the beautiful unicorn and not the grass. xD Yaaa, i'm done. Bah I still don't like the trees. XP Something about them is just icky, but oh well. Yeah, the grass is the last thing I did and I was sooooo tired of working on it and was very lazy, so I used the grass brush, and when you use it on too high of a size, it gets blurry like that.

Thank you! I used lots and lots of layers for one thing... and then using the brightness/contrast/saturation/hue sliders, I could get each layer looking the way I wanted it to.
