This is actually a character of mine who is a shapeshifter, you can see his human form to the right, i don't know his name yet, i'm still constrtucting the story. But here is some of it roughly: Some years ago a natural disater caused a mysterious substance, fist thought to be oil, to appear at the surface from deep below the ground. When it got hotter, the substance evaporated into the stratosphere witch then came down as hazardous rain witch then affected humans and creatures alike. What followed was as extraordinary as it was disastrous.
