hm.. for some time i thought it was my style, but after going out of it and drawing in other styles i figured it is bc i haven't been practicing enough, so my drawings look weird ¬¬'Β
I think that because this year I focused on only drawing commissions, and also i started at college, what cut my time to draw in half, I haven't been practicing enough and was okay by not improving, and now, after 8 months, i realized i'm almost at the same place bc of that. So iam basically stuck since the school year started ><Β

Hmmm I see, saddly enough it's not a problem easy to solve and I know the feeling of not having enough time
to really sit down and practice as much as you'd like to, but there are some ways you can make it work. For example
wait until you have a little more of time to start practicing again, focus in one thing at a time to improve it and add it
later on to your style, or use the commissions as practice.
Even doodling helps big time to improve one or two things without noticing.

The biggest problem on doing only comms its because people are expecting something, so if you change the style they might not be happy since the weirdness is maybe what they liked at first XD
Buut i'm fixing it now >< i'll soon be in vacation and will have a lot of time to practice~

Haha I never thought about that, and it's a good point, some people
really expect their commission to be 100% accurate on the style.
Hopefully some of those tips will be actually useful, it varies from person to person
but doing it on vacation is your best option.

Just do your best to make your own art look like you want, improvement comes
with a lot of things some good and some bad, if being better at what you do means
to change some stuff then I think it's okay, as long as you feel confortable.
Don't mind too much what other people thinks and focus in yourself, after all
you're the artist here

They really look somewhat cure ^^. They remind me of the smiley that exists here on DeviantArt, one where one smiley "runs down" the other smiley, being like crazy happy (I don't find it at the moment - somehow I never find the smiley I'm searching for when I want to use them XP). You also did a nice job on that shading
