Ahhhh it's finally done!So this is the cosplay I've been working on the past few months. I'm posting this literally the day before Bronycon and I still have to pack.
I didn't really have time to take really good pictures but I wanted to post it before I wore it to the con.How I made it:
-The main dress is actually really sparkly, you just can't tell from the pic. I bought it from Charlotte Russe before they closed and cut it to shape.
-The neckline is a sheer dress bought from a dance supplies company.
-The skirt is a high low horsehair trim skirt from AliExpress and I removed a couple of layers to make it lighter.
-Boots are from Amazon and painted with whtie and yellow Angelus Acrylic leather paint (many many MANY layers)
-Gloves are also sparkly and are from Etsy
-Shapes on the bodice were cut from old shirts bought at Salvation army.
-You can't really see it, but I have a spiked headband as well that was bought on Amazon.
-Necklace is made of clay and was made for Ponyville Ciderfest last year.
Fun fact: There was no sewing applied to this whatsoever. It's held together with fabric tape and prayers.
I also updated my casual Sunset cosplay and my Sunset beach cosplay , and I will be bringing those as well!

Decent work. It's a fine costume you chose to do and while "simple" with the decoration, you managed to get it across. Good boots and the airy skirts in particular, although I think it would've been a bit better if there was more contrast between the tail end of the "small skirt" up top and the airy sheer layer right below it in terms of colour, same as on the original vector. Still good enough, however~ Also the wig - wig's extra important to get with Sunset and I always feel much better about the costume if it manages the red-orange-yellow colour set beautifully enough. This one does.

Nice cosplaying!! It's merely a suggestion, I hope you cosplay as Yae Sakura from Honkai Impact 3rd. If not then it's cool, keep up the great work anyways!
