sorry if this sounds odd, I've never done something like this before. I like the proportions of the characters, the ratios are cartoony with what feels a little anime inspiration. The colors and hilights are well balanced, the composition is well balanced, not too cluttered, nor too empty. my one issue is luna's hands, they look stuffed away and confused. I can see the palm and the base of the thumb for reference but I don't understand what angle the arm is at to create that position.
I'm not really a good judge though so it's difficult to say if what I'm seeing has any warrant for criticism. overall I really like the picture itself, especially the wardrobe design and human characteristics of both Celestia and Luna.
