Aaaaa, late response! Yes, someone definitely did! I'd never drawn a truly blown apart building before in mostly-lineart. It was a fun experience.

No no no, no it's not. Hahaha. This is the exterior of where Serge and Gavin are currently, which is presumably the normal world. The partytime lounge is where the two of em are still currently dimensionally headed. That being said, it's sort of unclear at the moment so you can't be blamed for the misconception.
