Many many many hours over a period of 6 months
Bleeding eyeballs
I really think this is my best to date. I took my sweet time paying attention to detail. This was also my first REAL detailed background piece. I really hate backgrounds but this one I really enjoyed! This was an absolutely BLAST to do! I worked on this very slowly and patiently.
