Just this month I finally decided to give Doctor Who another shot, and I gotta say, I LOVE THIS SHOW NOW. I'll admit, the first season I struggled to like it. But David Tennant, really made me fall in love! He is my favorite Doctor for sure. <3 I'm an official obsessed Whovian now! And I'll admit again, I'm struggling with Matt Smith. He's just not the same as David.

Tenth is one of my favourite New Doctors. I even wanted my prom suit to look like his, but I only adopted from him the idea to combine converses with a suit.

Yay! New Whovians! I'm not fond of Christopher Eccleston's doctor. I know a lot of people like him, but I don't find him as interesting as Tennant or Smith. Wait until you see the werewolf episode :] Right up your ally.

He was okay, the whole first season was weird to me. I stopped midway and didn't pick up until recently. It was Tennant that made me fall in love. <3

I liked him, but I didn't like his episodes. The Ponds drove me nuts and I couldn't wait for him to get rid of them. I didn't feel attached at all. Nothing like Tennant's episodes. But oh well.

Also, it's not matt, its moffat.
David had the benefit of working with Russel T Davies, Moffat needs to go away.
There's no character development and the plots are super confusing, Russel was a boss. ):

Another thing that bugs me about Matt is his lack of expressions. His face can only give so much, poor guy, but with David it was just such a broad spectrum of expressions that you just fall in love with. <3

mmmm, yes. You see that inner rage that makes the time lords so feared so much more with david. The Idiots Lantern episode still gives me goose bumps sometimes.
Because he watched it when he was young (the show is actually what inspired him to be an actor! After seeing Tom Baker play the Doctor when he was in elementary school, he wrote an essay about how he wanted to play The Doctor. How cute!)
But I have so much respect for Matt that I can't help but like him. After David left, the team didn't want a younger Doctor, they wanted to go older. But Matt was one of the first to audition and blew their socks off. He was that good! When he acts and when he's in public he is so darn happy that it kind of rubs of on me I guess.
But yes, David is my all time favorite, and always will be. I could be on my deathbed and that man could still make me smile.
I can seriously talk about this for hours, i'm such a nerd XD
David is in a lot of other stuff, and if you wanted to watch any of them I would be happy to suggest some. He's amazing <3

Oh yah I watched all the Buzzcock episodes. HILARIOUS. I started watching Blackpool. Very interesting, being a music. And OMG The Governor from The Walking Dead is in there.

Very nice! I've been getting into Doctor Who also. I'm on the Ninth Doctor now, and I like him, and I've seen an episode or two with both Ten and Eleven. I have to say I don't care that much for Eleven. :/

I'm so glad you feel that way! I started watching Doctor Who with the 9th Doctor, but I really feel in love with the show when David Tennant came on ^^ He was in my opinion the BEST Doctor and no one will ever be able to compare to him.
David Tennant was just so amazing! So funny, so great. he just made Doctor Who come alive for me. I cried when he left U_U
