-You are not allowed to resell the character under the claim you have created it, (This is in state because you cannot profit off of a design that was not created by you) if you give the character away, LET ME KNOW, so i do not think nor hear someone has stolen a character/adopt.
-Buying the adopt you are allowed to change any physical feature to your desire. Hair, clothes, colour, etc.

-Refund of the adopt can only be made 24hrs after payment has been sent
