Character: Bat (Original Design)Materials: Minky, faux fur.
Size: Approx. 7" with 11" wingspan.
Happy October~! Halloween still isn't really that big a deal here in Australia, but it's a holiday I enjoy anyway (any excuse to dress up, am I right?) and I've always wanted to make more themed plush for holidays. For once I got myself organised on time~! These guys are available for preorder in my Etsy store, and if they are received well I might make them an annual October exclusive. I tried to make something a little different; even though I love flying foxes, I really love fluffy piggy nosed bats too
They are available in aqua, blush, papaya, lavender, lime and taupe minky, with a white faux fur mane. They have machine embroidered faces, top stitched wing details and plastic pellets for added weight.

Aww, thanks so much~! I don't mind those sorts of things to be honest (I'm a big chicken but I do enjoy horror movies, especially around Halloween) but I definitely prefer keeping my plush work more towards the cute side. I'm glad to hear you like that~

I hate horrer movies as this is the most violent society I've ever seen and never dreamed it could get this way. We bomb so many nations and kill so many innocent civilians becasue we just love war and make so much money from it but who would have ever thought that the "SAW" movies would have ever grown in 6 of them and parents taking kids was the biggest part. So sad that LOVE isn't near so important to emulate in this land.
