She was born with the Sharingan, but is not related with the Uchida clan, her mom also had the Sharingan, she got it from a close friend, the same way Kakashi did
Her Sharingan is a new form and can copy a few bloodline ability up to 33%
She lost her parents when she was 5, and don't know where the rest of her family is or what village she is from
Now she's hiding in Konoha, cause Orochimaru wants her eyes, and it's too risky for him to go to Konoha >_<

Hmm, I like the way she looks. Excellent drawing.
Though, maybe you should consider..revising her? BORN with the Sharingan and not being related to the Uchiha? That's a little... unrealistic. And the fact that it's a new brand and can copy any blood line limit up to 33% us a little.... extreme.
The second I read that the first thought that came to my mind was "mary sue" and I'm sure it will to many others. I'm not trying to offend you, but trying to maybe help you out a little. A little constructive criticism never hurt right?
Well, whether you take my advice or not, I like your character and shes got some potential. Hope you make her into something great!
