Got bitten by the crochet bug a few days ago and have spent the past few days working on this! You can't really tell in the picture, but the yarn is silvery with colourful metallic threads. c:

I used this pattern , available for free in the size given. I added one row of sc and two of dc at the bottom once I'd joined everything because it was a little too short for me and I don't really like the 'raw' look. The author of the pattern apparently used 200 grams of yarn, but I used 340g + more for the joining and edges. So many extra runs to the store for 'just a bit more' yarn. ><

By the way, the choker I'm wearing is my 'worry necklace'. I wear it almost all the time so that I can run my fingers over the smooth planet charm when I'm anxious.
