Unlike all the species that reside in hoil Astaroth is what
All the demons that reside in Hoil are based on the 7 sins. Pride, Greed, Lust, Envy, Glutton, Wrath and Sloth, but Astaroth is neither of those. He’s an ancient demon that embodies all of these sins in one package. Some sins are more present than others and these make up his personality. There is only one of his kind and he has the power to resurrect each year with the festival of dreams due to his powerful ties to Hoil. Due to his god status he is the immortal king ruling over his colony of demons.
His features are decorated with golden metalic markings stating his high rank proudly like a crown. These markings come back in each of his other forms with possible added features.

His horns are twisted. A set 3 pair of pinchers covering his body from his neck to his hips. and scales cover large parts of his torso, including a few see-through ones through which you can see his beating heart. In his other two forms (centipede-taur and dragon) these features come back in one way or another. His largest full form being the most twisted of them all.

Astaroth is a person who always gets his way with the least minimal effort needed. Does he want a new pet? He’ll get one. He wants someone to have their head chopped off for no reason? He’s quickly bored and will make impulsive decisions to entertain himself. If it’s not killing or torture… he will try to get in other people's pants. He likes challenges. When someone says something cannot be done he’ll prove that he can and will depend on how much effort it is. If you do happen to get his blood boiling... Good luck 8)

Hoil is a hellish multi-dimension connected to the afterlife of many other dimensions. The world itself is covered in a thick black rot that spreads across that world like grass. Most of the world is a large Labyrinth like maze with many pocket cities within it. At the very center of the maze contains the capital city where the leader and their higher ranking demons live (pets included).
The sky is a black void that absorbs most light, once every 5 years the sky lights up with all the dimensions of the universe and a festival of souls is held. This is to replenish the population with new demons created from the souls of humans and other sentient beings that have become bound to the world. The new demons are welcomed by each of the ArchDemons of their Type (Succubus, Contract, Mischief,ect) to help them learn their place in their new home.
Those who enter and had not signed a contract with one of the demons will be lost in the labyrinth for eternity.
The entire dimension is ruled by a single Demon Lord Astaroth. They are the sole ruler of Hoil and those who live there.
There are multiple different ranks of demons based on the sins they committed during their mortal life:
Succubus
Contract Demon
Soldiers
Mischief
Workers
Guards (Living statues)
Pride(), Greed (Contract demons), Lust (Succubi, Incubi, Omnibi), Envy (Worker demons), Glutton (Mischief demons), Wrath (Soldiers demons) and Sloth (Statuesque guards).
The rank above all those is Archdemon, those who have been chosen by their leaders to move up in the ranks of the world. They are considered royalty amongst all other demons.
(Time in Hoil moves differently than on the train. 1 year in Hoil = 1 week on the Train's time)

History

Astaroth lived on Hoil for as long as he can remember and occasionally left his realm to wreak havoc on other realms and worlds to see with what he could get away with. This included sleeping around with others, corrupting people with their sin and making them sign their souls over to enlarge his troops of demons. Besides creating chaos and of course collecting a pet or two (or five). But before the other demons even came to be he managed to conceive a total of 7 children with each of them embodying each a different sin. Resulting in them being one of the original sole sin based demons. But now he’s stuck in his own realm with a slight limit on his powers. He cannot remember how that happened for his memory is just… it’s blank. It made him mad.
Over the many and many years his realm grew bigger and stronger, bustling with demons. Some he took in as pets out of fun… or was it boredom? Most pets he managed to train well that they obeyed him knowing they’d be treated well. Some were placed higher than your average demon for they were Astaroth’s favs. But others were more trouble to train and thus he tortured them out of fun. See what their breaking point was. Hilariously one of them managed to escape in a feral murder spree and was not seen for many years. He was petty and wanted that pet returned but alas.

In comes Icarus who died by the hands of a villain and had found himself in Hoil. Astaroth found out about Icarus being in Glora’s care and protection. Icarus was an interesting case. Him being a rare mix of a demon with the blood of his own and another demon it sparked his curiosity. He captured Icarus as a pet and kept him at his side as a pet. A year later a certain escaped feral pet of his was returned by Dominic who he had made a deal with. That pet was Eva . He was sure her venture outside did her feistiness well and he couldn't wait to try to starve and beat that out of her again like he used to before.
Half a year later these two pets escaped his clutches together with 2 other Demons called Jack and Astaroth’s then partner (-cough-trophy wife-cough-) Glora thanks to Icarus’s escape plan. He did not know how the fuck that even happened. No pet of his is allowed to leave. He was being so careful with Eva to chain her up with extra measurements, but Icarus’s who had build up his trust that he would behave and obey played him. That bastard Icarus even took one of his most loyal pets Henry with him. He was pissed to say it lightly. I swore he would get his pets back and never let them see the light of day again when he gets his hands on them again. But alas. He was stuck.
That was until an angel with a deathwish came along. The angel had stumbled upon his realm and he had none of it that someone was murdering his troops. He had never seen an angel before and was awestruck by the angel and he had to capture it for his own as a trophy pet. He and the angel fought until Astaroth had gotten close enough to smack a collar on the angel claiming him as his. This angel was Socrates . Over a long period of time, the two went from a master and his favorite pet to curious enough eventual romantic partners after accidentally fusing together and finding similarities in each other. This carried on for a long while until his beloved angel on one day betrayed him and stabbed him in his heart. Pinning him to his own throne as he bled out.
After a year he woke up with a sudden gasp as air filled back into his lungs. Every muscle was sore from being inactive for so long. His castle was left just how it was before he died and curiously enough the angel that betrayed him so sudden remembering his original mission, was still there. No one betrays him and gets away with it, even if it was his romantic partner that he grew to trust. And with that blind rage as much as it pained him he murdered Socrates who accepted his fate for betraying his partner. Astaroth ripped out Socrates’s heart with his bare hands. He felt power flowing back into him. Power he had not felt for centuries. It’s not as strong as it used to be but it was there and so was his memory that he had forgotten how he was caged in Hoil’s realm. It was Socrates who bound him stuck to this place... It felt… weird. He should feel rejoice for being able to leave and create havoc again, but he felt anger. Anger at himself. Yes, he freed himself unknowingly but also killed the one he actually grew to love. He stayed in that room next to Socrates’s corpse, heart in hand. He felt stupid… so so stupid. Angels come back from the dead right? or so he thought. He waited a day. A day turned into a week. A week into a month and a month into a year. But not even with the festival of souls did his partner resurrect. He placed Socrates’s heart in a chest in his room and he decided to leave Hoil for a while. His time was spend murdering innocent people for their souls to regain strength until he had enough.
He had a few escaped pets to collect after all.

Skills

Elemental grip: Astaroth can summon one of three elements across his hands to use a fierce up close attack.
  Ice- Used mostly on organic matter, can cause frostbite depending on the strength of the power and how long he can hold his hand on the being he wants to hurt
  Fire- Used mostly on organic matter, can cause burns depending on the strength of the power and how long he can hold his hand on the being he wants to hurt
  Acid- Used mostly on metals and armors to get to bare skin.

Restraining magic:
For a max of 3 turns Astaroth can hold 1 person or creature restrained at their limbs making them unable to move. With each turn there is a chance that the person who's kept in this hold to escape

Restraining cuffs and collar:
Having the ability to summon up cuffs or a collar that he can launch up to 10 feet to latch onto a target. Once attached the collar or cuff dampen and weak the targets magical abilities by 25% for 4 rounds       before breaking from the target.

Transformation:
  Astaroth has two forms he is able to transform into. One is a long centipede-like taur (can be as long or as short as he’d like). The other being a large insect centipede inspired draconic demon.
  Transformation takes up to 1 turn and he can do this as often as he likes.

Teleportation:
Minor: Can teleport to any spot he is able to see. Must take a small break in between jumps in order to keep his energy up.
Major: His main source of dimensional jumping. Astaroth is able to teleport himself 2 times a day before he must take 24 hours to recharge.

Might take a while but it depends on the person. But if one has stayed over more than 500 or a 1000 years in that energy, then they can get withdrawal symptoms when removed over a long period of time.

No one in those collars and shackles is able to get them off. Struggle all you want but you're just tiring yourself out." His words fell into deaf ears as the angel continued to struggle to get out of their chains. He had enough and snapped his fingers casting dark magical mist to appear around the angels limbs and wings to keep them in place. Astaroth got to his eye height and took a strong hold of his new pet's chin forcing to get the panicked angel's attention- Are you done playing?
