Yes. Kronus killed his friends, his lusus, and basically ruined his life. If course, this was when Kronus wasn't aware that this wasn't his body. 

When Chrona fell asleep, Kronus would wake up.

Yup yup. their sleep patterns changed once they reached the age of 7 sweeps. They were VERY confused and fought for HOURS . . . . until Chrona collapsed from blood loss and lack of oxygen.

He'd end up never taking control of the body ever again, quit speaking, and eventually shut himself down. Pretty much commit suicide.

Yeah . . . And then not having Kro with him would drive him insane. Trying to be Kronus and continue his work. Hearing Kronus' voice in the back of his mind, even though he knows he's not there. Hearing his voice just worsens his mental state. . . until he later also commits suicide.  

They literally NEED EACH OTHER to continue living.
