There's a lot of good stuff going on here, Giorgio. The alley is open...yet you have created a rather creepily claustrophobic feeling. The eye wanders (uncomfortably) about the image until finally settling on the menacing figure with the axe. Speaking as an illustrator, I'd say that I would like to see a foot showing...to suggest that this Creep is stepping out into the viewer's path. And perhaps a lower angle to the axe, to suggest weight. I really like the traditional ways of creating artwork. Digital is a great way to enhance a traditionally created image...but (for the most part) full-digital leaves me cold. So keep doing the traditional thing!
