I came up with this oc charactr for naruto, quite ambituious actually, it's actually a foreiner oc with western weapons, nothing flashy like guns, but things like throwing knives instead of kunai, something of this design [link] , and they can also be used as combat knives like kunai, plus clothes are different but similar to the ninjas

they wear some clothes like those vests you see ninja wear, but instead of sandals they wear boots like these [link] , some, like my guy, wear dark green trench coats, they have belts full of those knives I mentioned earlier, and they have absolutly no control over chakra, but it doesn't mean they can't learn to, however, they have a fighting style that extreamly deadly, enough that they can hold their own against a jonin. a very common weapon for them to use are retractable blades hidden in their sleeveslike the guy that killed obito uchiha, they're very effective and are made of a special metal that's repels chakra, so if sasuke's sword were to clash with them, it couldn't cut through, thing is, they have no knowledge of this since my guy is the first time they've came across ninja
