September's almost here, but as far as I'm concerned, it's still summer! Perfect time to enjoy some neapolitan ice cream

I went for a more basic design this time because it's hot ;v;

P.S. Wow, the difference between this one and his other flavor, milk chocolate -- I based this one off of DSOD!Yugi and clearly, he grew up! ...Granted, the milk chocolate version I drew in late 2015, so there's some improvement to speak of too.
