It's not the family themselves I have a problem with really 8D Their character designs and everything are wonderful... even with the personalities matching the Vongola Guardians but that's only fine with me if you just look at the Shimon Family and think nothing about how they fit so well with their counterpart characters.
It's the fact that their personalities line up pretty well with the 10th vongola guardians and that's rather boring =/
It's slightly more than the personalities I think, it's kinda hard to explain really ;A;

it's okay~~ we have our own like and dislikes =u= i do find their personalities to be tedious cause it's like seeing a reflection of the vongola family, but they're actually not that bad~ i grew to like them as i kept reading.
