I have to say that I don't agree with you, compared to your other coloured drawings I would say that this is one of your best. You are starting to show better shading & colour use here, it is a lot bolder & more finished. Just be careful with you outline that you don't loose it too much & shapes start merging into one another.

I mean it constructively, not to put you down it's just your 'paler colours' seem rushed & not as detailed. You can colour with pale colours, I'm not saying don't but try not to loose the detail of the shading & outline.

You should color softly at first, and make layers after layers to get it dark, so the coloring in smooth and all

Hopefully the port of MHFrontier to the Xbox360 will lead to a U.S. release of the game... espinas is only one in a long line of MHF-only monsters. They release a new version basiacally bi-annually, and every time it includes at least 1 new monster :3
