I know i'm heartless but:
mewto is the strongest pokemon he don't need those nonsense like "team" or "friends" or "emotions"
he will one shot KO the enemy all he need to do is take it serious not just stand in one place and say:
"you have no chance why you keep fighting?" instead of use shadow ball again, again, again and again
until they are all death

My team are build from very low quality pokemons, my strategy is to use pokemonsΒ which are forgotten or rarely used.
As you can see my favorite is Honcrow.

You're not gonna get very far with a Honcrow, despite it being a dark type. (I've used my own favorite team plenty of times, it never works out.)
1. Have a pokemon with BOTH Recover and Imprison, Alakazam can learn these both. Let Alakazam use Imprison and command it to 'Keep your distance', Imprison prevents use of a move that both Mewtwo and your pokemon know, hence Recover will not be used.
2. Send Shedinja out to confuse/paralyze it, as well as give it good moves against Psychic types, its much more helpful to command it to 'Go after foes', Shedinja's Wonder Guard and typing prevents it from being KO'd.
3. Have a pokemon with Curse, Banette can learn this, this will be the pokemon you mainly control. Use Curse until the move ends and repeat it. Bring PLENTY of reviver seeds in case of stray attacks while Mewtwo can be confused.
4. Mewtwo will proceed to Mega Evolve when defeated, just start up the same tactic till its down. Congrats, Boss Kitty defeated.
There are other ways to take him down, but this is just one of them.

beating him was very simple to me because i had a strong bug type pokemon with double team (every time when he miss i started singing this song: you can't touch this. And after that i also startedΒ laughing XD )

All those fellas shipping Mewtwo and N and yet here I'm one of those people, who think that these two have nice chemistry together.
Lopunny has a good balance of brutal honesty and genuine warmth whereas Mewtwo's serious, no-nonsense attitude keeps her grounded when she's becoming too hyper. Also, Lopunny doesn't treat Mewtwo with an awed (or even fearful) type of respect like so many other characters do. She's just so casual with him, giving him a nickname and semi-forcing him to become her apprentice (because let's face it, Mewtwo didn't put up much a fight against it). As if Mewtwo was like any other "average" Pokemon instead of a super powerful psychic equal to (natural) legendary Pokemon in terms of strength. And Lopunny KNOWS how strong he is, she has seen it for herself, yet she remains unaffected. That lady has moxie in spades. Mewtwo may be stronger than her in terms of sheer power (like many, many times stronger). But personality wise, they're pretty even. Equally determined, equally stubborn.
Not that I'm expecting any REAL romantic ships in this comic. More bromance and bffs, definitely, but no romance. And even with these two, I'm not fervently wishing for it. Just thinking "I really like the power dynamics between these two... Hmm, I guess they could also be a good couple in that regard.
