i love the effect in the last 3 panels so much.
how the colours fade into greyscale and become darker towards the end of the page while the perspective zooms out on them. it really evokes the feeling of how jen is officially done trying to reason with victini and so completely turns to her pokemon instincts to fight, while victini also sheds the last of her "humanity" and just becomes an angry animal that attacks without thought. since words could not solve this conflict, a battle of sheer brute force is the only way out. not everyone can be helped i guess
