It's been raining in my apartment's master bedroom for a solid month because of asshole upstairs neighbors' leaky plumbing, and now I've got to paint water again in Victory Fire.also the oven's just broken so I can't have hot food any more. send help, I think I'm starting to devolve into a fish creature

I've had a contractor round today (who could do no more than confirm that yes it is indeed raining in my master bedroom), they're supposedly having someone come to check out their end tomorrow but I'm not holding my breath since they've said this before. Only got this far with them now because I've involved the building manager and started threatening him with building insurance claims lol.
The plot thickens because apparently the guys upstairs are renting but nobody knows who they're renting from. I have been told that the landlord who owns the upstairs apartment has "disappeared" and I am struggling to understand. Disappeared to where? Are we talking concrete overshoes or..? D:
