So tried using only Photoshop for this since switching between Sai and Photoshop became a pain. I'm sorry he looks so girly D:May attempt a full render later since I love this character. >o<

I have a similar issue - my trick is always try to make them ugly. I tend to meet somewhere in the middle and it works out.
