So, these are feelings I have been having for a while. There is a friend of mine who I look up to, to the point I see them as a sibling, even a parent.

I always get pretty happy when we get a chance to talk. I value their feedback and I want to make them proud. I value their friendship very much and I don't want to lose it.

It's a bit more complicated than that...that's kind of why it's sort of a vent...but I still value them as a friend and look up to them.

And no, this is not one of my current internet siblings or parents, though I love them all very much
