just found a neat pic of him...somehow he resembles rain and a little of lee hom>_<i dunno what's the sudden craze of korean singers(maybe cos of my sis)..but i still like japanese singers more

-The shading of his face makes him look older than his actual age. It also gives out a ghostly kind of feeling. Maybe if it were shading a bit darker, it'd look better.
-His eyes aren't the same size, but there are times when people have an eye smaller than the other. I just don't know what the picture you used looks like...
-I don't think the black shading around Siwon helped or improved the drawing...I can see some lines outlining his figure and you don't see them when you look at a person...For example, at the bottom left side of his hair, there's some dark lines, darker than the black shading around Siwon. There's also the top of the left side of the suit. There's an outline around it. I don't know if something went wrong so that's why you put some black shading around Siwon but make it work at least.
-I don't really understand the place between the bottom right of his hair and part of the suit it is touching. It's blurry in a sense.
-There's an outline around the tie too. You don't see ties like that.
-The suit doesn't look realistic enough. Some more shading in place would help.
-I'm not too sure about the chin and neck area. What does the original picture look like...
I know that nothing can be perfect. I'm just stating these things for improvement. You did really well though. Please link back to the original source. >.<
