AWWW HELL YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHWell. I certainly love my yaoi. And my het too. But I love the yuri too. Technically, it's the shojo-ai (kissing, hugging, hand-holding romanitc crap) I like but 'yuri' (whose strict definition is girl x girl anime porn) is a term more people probably know the meaning of.
Kinda also a support stamp for as well because it's like the most organized and awesome group EVAR. Not even kidding. So major kudos to *derukunessu2 and especially ~Lilithnanhart for making it so awesome.
If you don't like or support APH or Yuri (or APH yuri) that's all fine and good too. This is for the people that do support it.
If you're still reading this ramble of an artist's comment, I guess I'll ask: what APH yuri pairings do you like and why?

bunch, even though most of them are probably crack. but that's what AUs are for, right? also, i'm of the opinion that just about every pairing is possible in a modern setting.
that said, the crack ship known as hungary/belgium is probably my favorite. it was the first one i was exposed to, i can point to the image that got me on board. then there's also viettai (though lately i've been moving away from it, and was always conflicted between cute sisters and cute girlfriends) and belaliech (i don't have the slightest idea why it exists, but they're cute). also any combination of hungary, liechtenstein and ukraine, since they've all actually talked to each other & appear to be friendly. i think the only one i don't like is ukraine/belarus (since i defend my brother/sister pairs(& groups) with an iron claw). though there's also situational viettai and monasey (both of which need to have cute sister times, too).
i don't know if nyos count for this either, but nyo-style is the only way i actually ship sufin and ameripan (both of which are surprisingly difficult to find!), so i think they count since in my head they're only girlfriends (the boy versions don't bother me, but i don't like them as much).

About the pairings you've mentioned:
Hungary X Belgium : Since I'm not a fan of this pairing, and I don't know much about it. But I've seen some cool pictures/fanarts of them! Like this one in which they dressed in fighter's outfit, both with their weapons in hand and stared at each other, it seemed they're about to fight! I don't know if this fanart refered to which historical war between Hungary and Belgium, because I don't know much about these two countries' history. Or it could be drawn just for the characters back when there were still one or two female characters in canon hetalia I guess!
Taiwan X Vietnam : I agree with you that they are cute~ They could be sisters or just good friends! Even in reality these two countries are not always together like they do in canon!(Trust me, I myself am a Taiwanese! I've learnt some Taiwanese history in school and I've also watched some news about present time! Maybe I'm not an expert but still know a little about them.) There are truly some connections between these two countries, but not to the point where they are always sticking to each other like they do in canon hetalia!
Belarus X Liechtenstein : Like I said before, I just saw some similarity between these two little girls and thought maybe they could be good friends/couple if they meet! Even though I don't know much about these two countries' history/present time news or their connection with each other. I don't know if the countries in real world have interacted or not! But still in hetalia world I wish they could be good friends/couple when they've known each other!
Hungary & Liechtenstein & Ukraine : Yeah, in canon Himaruya DID make them talk with one another, I've seen that, too! For instance, they discussed some unique European costumes in the last manga chapter of extra book of volumn 4.(In anime, that's episode 19 of season 5.) But I think they are more like girls' friend group than couple!(maybe threesome?) Probably due to his improvement of drawing skills of girls, Himaruya has not only created more female characters in hetalia, but he has also made more interactions between two or more girls! Not just girl-boys or boys-boys like before.
Ukraine X Belarus : Again, I don't know much about this pairing, or history/present time news about these two countries in real world! But I think most of the fanarts I came across just portrayed them like normal sisters. That would be incest if they are couple since they are the real sisters to begin with! Unless the author of the fanfics/fanarts says he/she makes them to be NON-related in his/her fanworks, but that also means they CHANGE the original designs of these two characters!(It would be OOC if they do this!)
Monaco X Seychelles : I've just heard this pairing~ And both of them are just newcomers in hetalia world! Monaco is created around 2010 or 11 I suppose? And Seychelles has been created earlier, but she hasn't appeared in canon until recently! By now we can see more of their appearance officially~ No idea about their connections(one an casino gambling principality in Europe, the other the desolated country which is combined by a group of islands floating on Indian Ocean) maybe it has something to do with them both been taken care by big brother France~
Fem!Sweden X Fem!Finland & Fem!America X Fem!Japan : Wow~ So you prefer these two pairings in Nyotalia style rather than their original form in Hetalia?! That's interesting! I wonder how they will be portray if Himaruya draw their interactions in details! I wonder if we can predict their behaviors just by seeing their counterparts in Hetalia? I've seen some discussions about Nyotalia that say if they are only genderbented version of Hetalia, their personalities will remain the same as their counterparts! And it will be way too predictable and boring to see they behave exactly like their counterparts in Hetalia! Some of the discussions even claimed Himaruya himself DID state that Nyotalia characters are NOT so-called genderbented version of Hetalia characters! They are totally different characters to begin with. That said he creates two versions of personified character for the same country, one male one female! We just don't know if Hima papa think of Hetalia and Nyotalia as parallel universe, or they can just co-exist in the same world I hope!

Your comment is responded to my two comments below, right? When I said "crack", I was trying to refer to something which is not common to most of us, random, or just minor things to the majority. In this Heta!yuri case, I mean the girls' pairings are rare to see because in canon story, these two girls didn't have any interaction with each other, they did not talk to/work with/play with each other, even both of them didn't appear at the same time/place, etc.
It is kinda... strange to see two characters(no matter being they boy-girl, boy-boy, girl-girl) who don't have any interaction(talk, work, play,etc.) with each other in canon story, or both of them even never appear at the same time/place, to become lovey lovers in fandom.(←That's probably what I mean about "crack"!) This is not only in hetalia fandom, but this can also be apply to other fandoms, too!
Maybe in hetalia, some fanon pairings could be accurate because the AUCTUL countries these two characters represent are really having connection with each other in real world! But in the canon hetalia these two characters just haven't met/interacted yet!(For example, Netherland X Canada, I've seen shippers of this pairing say these two countries are allied with each other and having some trading relationship... etc. But we don't see much connection these two characters have in canon hetalia. So this pairing may be kinda crack for some fans who don't know anything about these two countries' relation in real world!)←Could this be apply to some of the yuri pairings mentioned here?
And if we see hetalia pairings depends on the possible relationship/alliance of the REAL countries, that any hetalia pairings you can think of would be ALL possible, too!(Like they are all bunches of pansexual people who are ready to mate with anyone they meet!)
But I also agree that if you really like/love a pairing, you can just like/love it and you don't need any logical reasons to like/love it!(Maybe for you my reason to support Belarus X Liechtenstein would be strange. I know they aren't interacting much with each other in canon. I don't know if their countries in real world have any alliance, connection, or something in common. I just saw these two characters' similarity and thought maybe they can be a good friends/couple if they meet!) So if you ship crack pairing, fine! For me, even though I myself may not have any interests/feelings toward that pairing(may it be canon, fanon, crack, hetero, yaoi, yuri... etc.) I'm still fine with it. That doesn't mean I will dislike/hate that pairing and its shippers, or do bad things to them or something, I just don't support it like their shippers do!

Taiwan X Vietnam can be a good couple, too.
Their relationship is even indicated in canon!
Taiwan is a cheerful, energetic and confident girl.
Vietnam, on the other hand, is quiet, shy, not that confident compared to Taiwan.
But she is also the type that can do anything if she tries hard!
In Volumn 4, where Taiwan made her first appearance officially.
She invites Vietnam to take pictures with her in her home.
Vietnam felt embarrassed about that, but Taiwan just dragged her to her photohouse kinda forcefully!
Finally she found every pictures they take are all so shiny-looking because of the big-eyes photoshopped impact!
That might be the first girl-to-girl interaction Himaruya portrayed in Hetalia.
Before their appearance, there are just girl-to-boys interactions, but mostly boys-to-boys!
That may be the reason why yaoi pairings are much popular in Hetalia fandom than yuri!
It’s not only the ratio of genders is imbalance(like 53 boys-10 girls), but also the lack of interaction of girls to each other.
Usually when a female character shows up, she can only be seen communcate with other boys.
But it was rare to see two or more girls who were interacting with one another before Taiwan and Vietnam appear in canon.
No wonder I used to feel that yuri pairings are kinda crack in this fandom.(Sorry, there’s no offensive)
Because there aren’t any clues to support them in canon.

I like Belarus X Liechtenstein~
I think these two have so many things in common.
For example, both of them have an older brother(or brother-like figure to her).
And they like, admire, adore(or even fall in love with) their brothers, too.
This kind of obsession also affect their behaviors.
In Liechtenstein’s case,
Because Switzerland saved her from famine back in WW2.
Liechtenstein feels very grateful to him.
And it slowly turns to a sort of addicted feeling!
So she cut her hair, imitate him on appearance, wish she can become more like him.
Although in consequece, she was mistaken as a boy(that’s why Switzerland buy her a ribbon~)
On the other hand,
Belarus tries to do anything to get Russia’s attention, which only makes him want to stay away from her~
And I’ve just thought of a question that the fandom is still not exactly sure “why she’s so into Russia?”
I personally think the reason may be due to the hardship they’ve encountered since they’re still young.
The hint is in the canon strip about the three Slavic countries(Belarus, Russia and Ukraine) in ancient eras.
It’s being portrayed like these three’s childhood times.
Although the plot is more centered on Russia and Ukraine in which she gave him a scarf in order to get control of Kiev.
In this story Belarus hasn’t got much spotlight except pulled Russia’s scarf and said no.
Maybe Russia was so kind to her in this hardship, freezing environment that she grew addicted toward him!
But if that’s the reason for her obsession toward Russia, why she’s only attracted to him but not Ukraine?
Don’t they the sibling who are grown up together?
If she was raised by these two together, why she only loves the one but ignores the other?
That’s a weird but sorta interesting phenomenon which I’ve found in canon.
And I’ve come across someone who even says she’s jealous of her sister!
The second thing they are similar to each other is they both wear ribbons(normal type and butterfly-shaped) on their heads.
Liech got hers because Switzerland bought it for her.
But I don’t know where is Belarus get that butterfly-shaped ribbon from?
Because of the reasons stated above that I think these two little girls can be very good friends even if they’re not couple.
Sorry for the long rant, I just feel it to get out of my chest, especially for the questions about Belarus.

Monaco/Ukraine [Ukraine is sweet and Monaco is a bit more serious, dunno, I kinda see it working]

Taiwan/Wy [Wy seems to be a bit gurmpy, and Taiwan is more cheerful, I like that kind of pairings]
