It's an artistic choice not to draw them. Because if I drew her legs you would see much of them anyway. I would either just draw simple representations of her legs that did not go to the bottom of the paper or I would draw her legs going off of the paper which would "ground" her to the bottom of the paper. Not drawing her legs from an artistic point of view centralizes the image and keeps your eyes from going of the image. And from a philosophical point of view it gives her a more iconic look. Like Takamina isn't just a regular person more like she the actual spirit of AKB48

Because of her graduation and because of the respect i have for her i decided to make 2015 the Year of Takamina and I will be doing many more Takamina inspired artworks

The perspective on the hand is actually amazing. And I think you captured Takamina's essence really well.

I especially like the pose and the hair. The character is very well done! Although the only thing that nags me (I like nit picking, pardon me for that) is that the expression on the face itself (in my opinion) is a bit blank. The expression is quite vacant. The anatomy and the style are superb though.

Thank you. The face is meant to resemble the face of Uncle Sam in the "I want you" military recruiting posters. Not so much blank face but a more stoic expression. But it is difficult to pull off stoic and often does slip to blank

Perfectly fine! I understand how it is quite hard to get the expression to mimic what exactly you want. Stoic is especially hard, considering how it is not a usual emotion. Great job again otherwise.
