They are looking into each other eyes... so awesome, Akhenath got slapped to the face, fish wins :3
Amazing colours and details, also the water and clouds are great and chiaroscuro is briliant. I love pose of the dragon, it's resembles me a shark going after it's prey near the surface.

Oh gosh <3 I think you have definitely won XD I think if I saw this in my gallery fo my own character in the morning I would just die of a heart attack! Please tell me your secret of digital painting oh master You got all those colours and shades so perfectly well, and even th background is superb, I tried waves recently but you make my attempt look so hopelessly pathetic XD I really can't say any more, its just magnificent! Are you opening your commissions anytime soon, I think I'm rather tempted to see you draw my character, unless you accept small trades if not?

Try taking photos that fit your idea and mix them, paint over and edit everything to your style to prevent any copyright it helps (I'm hopeless with backgrounds otherwise) I accept trades ^^

Do you paint directly over a photo you have taken? I have heard people calling it something like matte painting? Well either way you have seemed to get the BG so well! What program are u using may I ask? ^^ oh well I think perhaps when I have some more money in the future I will definitely commission you

just take a bunch of photo's found online, mush together, completely paint over and change it. that's pretty much what i do xD
